These Clients utilize their Free QuickBooks Online account to do the things they want to do and we do everything else.  Normally these clients use their QuickBooks Online account to invoice customers, collect payments and track bank balances.  We perform everything else, such as bank reconciliations, balance accounts and prepare monthly financials statements. We also manage tax compliance matters such as Gross Receipts Tax filings and remittance.
